Orders are shipped within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Domestic orders ship via USPS First Class Mail (unless otherwise selected at checkout).
All shipments include tracking and insurance.
Transit time is typically 3–4 business days.
International
- International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International (tracking included; insurance not included).
- Transit times are typically 8–14 business days, but may vary due to customs clearance.
- Customs clearance times vary by country/region and may take several days or weeks.
- If your package is delayed, please contact your local customs office with the tracking information provided at shipment.
- We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, and the United States only.
Additional Shipping Information
- Foodhall is not responsible for delays due to transit issues or customs clearance.
- Transit times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.
- International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These costs are not included in our shipping fees.
- Foodhall cannot undervalue shipments or mark them as gifts.

14-Day Return Window
We want you to love everything you pick up at Foodhall. If something’s not right, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be:
- In the same condition you received them
- Unworn / unused, with tags
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of our business, some items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, beverages, flowers, plants)
- Alcoholic beverages (wine, beer, spirits, etc.)
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care goods (beauty or wellness products)
- Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases, etc.)
- Sale items and gift cards
All in-store purchases of food, beverages, and alcohol are final sale.

Exchanges
To make an exchange, place a new order for the item you’d like before returning your original purchase. This ensures your new item is in stock. Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll process a refund for the original item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved:
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method
- Processing usually takes up to 10 business days
- Bank or credit card processing times may add a few extra days
